For milestone birthdays, weddings and private dinners. We sketch, taste and refine with you, then create a piece that exists only once. Commissions open seven days or more before the date.

Every commission is designed and priced individually after a short consultation. It is not sold online: message us and we will reply with a sketch and a quotation. A deposit of at least 50% secures your date.

Ingredients
Composition agreed individually. Standard base: cream (milk), eggs, wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil.

Care & serving
Keep refrigerated. Take out 10–15 minutes before serving. Cut with a warm, dry knife. Best enjoyed within 48 hours.
